Jeremi Lavoie, Bsc.LLB MBA

Jeremi Lavoie is a member of the bar of Quebec since 2007. He began his career in litigation before moving on to commercial law and management. He worked for several multinational companies, across multiple industries like technology, energy, construction, government, communication and transportation. He is also the CEO of a healthcare startup and brings an entrepreneurial perspective to his legal practice. 

He is experienced with all types of commercial contracts, with a special expertise in startup law, sales and partnership agreements, financing, intellectual property, labour, corporate law as well as corporate governance. 

In his spare time, he enjoys photography, hiking and cheesy movies from the 80s.
